On Saturday September 22, 2018 at approximately 1231hrs the Department responded to the Shoreham BMX Track on Defense Hill Rd. for a Medical Emergency.
Upon arrival, Department Medical Provideres requested a Medevac transport due to the subject injures.
The subject was transported by Wading River Fire Dept. Ambulance to the Shoreham Wading River High School and taken via Suffolk County Police Helicopter to Stony Brook University Hospital.
All units were back in service at 1328hrs.
