On Friday May 4, 2018 at approximately 2027hrs the Department responded to Birdie Ct. Wading River for a reported Residental Structure Fire.
Upon arrival, Firefighters encountered a smoke condition coming from the garage area of the residence. Firefighters entered the structure and quickly extinguished the fire preventing further damage or extension into the residence.
At the completion of the incident no injures were reported and the scene was turned over to the Riverhead Fire Marshals Office. Units were back in service at 2145hrs.
