On Sunday May 16, 2021 at approximately 1658hrs the Wading River Fire Department responded to the wooded area off Toppings Path Calverton to assist the Manorville Fire Department with a large deep seated brush fire.
Upon arrival, firefighters utilizing brush trucks entered the dense wooded area and assisted with extinguishing the fire.
At the completion of the incident no injures were reported and all units were back in service at 2154hrs.
