On Sunday May 9, 2021 at approximately 1250hrs, the Wading River Fire Department responded to a reported motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 25 and Defense Hill Road.
Mutual aid was requested from Rocky Point Fire Department for one ambulance to the scene. Medical providers treated and transported the occupants of both vehicles to local hospitals. Fire Police units assisted with traffic control during the incident.
At the completion of the assignment, the scene was turned over to Suffolk County PD. All units were back in service at 1401hrs.
